Mahmoud Elsheikh Omer

Graduated with LL. B Honours from the school of law Khartoum University, Sudan 1994. Mrs. Sharif  obtained International Law Diploma from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom 2005 (British Chevining Scholarship), and her LL.M degree in IP law University of Khartoum 2002  and in a process of completing her masters degree in International Business and Trade law with John Marshall Law School, USA, Chicago. She joined the Sudanese bar Association since 1996 ,  and a member of the International Bar Association, based in U.K, London .Mrs. Sharif is mainly specialized in Corporate Law including registration of companies, business names, partnerships, joint venture & Foreign Investment. Also settling employment and investment disputes, human rights laws, taxation, property conveyance and security documents. Negotiating and drafting contracts, environmental law and Intellectual Property. She developed a sound expertise in providing to business and individual persons a wide range of legal service and advice .Mrs. Sharif she has a working knowledge with the ICC , and participated in many legal seminars and courses in Europe and Africa. She was an intern at  Human Rights First in New York, U.S.A.  2004, and also with Justice Africa NGO, in London, 2005. Listed in some legal directories worldwide such as: EBIZ Guides-Sudan,, world bank ,and help line law. In addition she is a commissioner for Oaths.
